What you bring- At least 4 years of clinical experience in a verified trauma program
- Board-certified in General Surgery
- Surgery Critical Care certification is a plus, but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills with leaders, peers, and staff
- A passion for trauma surgery and desire for continuous growth
