Employed position
Solo, but interest in adding PA/NP
Taking over an established practice/patient panel
Current provider sees 40-50 patients/day in clinic
Schedule: 4 or 4.5 days/week
Call: 10 days/month
Called in routinely, but excellent co-management with Hospitalists/ED physicians
Block time in OR: 3 times/week
Equipment: Cystoscopes and sterile processing
No robotics at this time
Procedures: TURPS, Lithotripsy, Cystoscopy, etc.
EMR: Currently Greenway in practice, switch to Cerner late 2023
