Days/Hours: Mon-Fri 35 hrs per week (9am-5pm)
What We Need You to Be, Please
Have a degree in public relations, communications, journalism, or a related field
Possess strong writing and editing skills, particularly in crafting compelling messages and press materials
familiar with the media landscape, news cycles, and trends
Worked with media monitoring tools, PR software, and analytics platforms
Have experience in public relations, media relations, or corporate communications
Ideally, it would be amazing if you have had experience of working within the construction industry sector with its nuances
Have eligibility to work in the UK (unfortunately, sponsorship is not available)
Overview of the PR & Comms Role
Quite simply, you will be an integral part of the team and company, instrumental in elevating the brand and its reputation. You will be key in helping develop and execute strategic PR campaigns to generate positive media coverage. You will be responsible for building and maintaining robust relationships with media professionals, coordinate press releases, help with press interviews, a monitor media coverage for their effectiveness. You will be working with cross functional teams to ensure all PR efforts are aligned with the business goals and strategies. You will be a strategic support to help with any crisis communications if needed.
